Scope of application

The latest version of these conditions, published and updated on the website page letshelter.com, replaces all previous versions and shall prevail over any other version. The customer who makes a purchase on the above website accepts the conditions in force at that time. Letshelter srl reserves the right to make changes or add additions to these conditions, unilaterally and at any time.

These terms and conditions of sale regulate the purchase, via electronic means or by telephone, of the products presented on the website www.letshelter.com

The contract stipulated between letshelter.com and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by letshelter.com. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the customer.

By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept both the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or things, caused by delays or by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, is excluded.

Prices

The prices of the products published on our site are in euros and do not include shipping costs. The published prices include VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and duties applicable in the country of destination of the products, where this is different from Italy, which will be borne by the customer.

Products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order confirmation.

Letshelter reserves the right to change the prices of the products listed on the site at any time. Any changes to product prices will not, however, be effective against customers who have already submitted an order.

Purchase methods

The customer can purchase the products in the electronic catalog of letshelter.com at the time of placing the order as described in the relevant information sheets.

It is understood that the image accompanying the product description sheet may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ slightly even if reproduced in photographic studios, the tone varies depending on the type of light used in the studio (warm light/cold light/distance between the product and the surrounding lighting) and the type of camera used.

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by letshelter.com through an e-mail response sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will include the date and time of order execution and a 'customer order number', to be used in all further communications with letshelter.com

In the event of non-acceptance of the order, letshelter.com guarantees timely communication to the customer.

For warranty purposes, it is essential to carefully keep a copy of the fiscal receipt/sales invoice accompanied by a warranty certificate or the original packaging of the item.

Payment methods

We accept payments with all common credit cards and PayPal.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt of the credit to the current account.

Shipping

The shipping times indicated on the site are quantified in working days. For multiple orders, shipping is unique, and the entire purchase will take the processing time of the item with the longest waiting period.

Letshelter will not be responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to force majeure, such as, by way of example, strikes, public authority measures, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transport difficulties, fires, floods, heavy snowfall, flooding and damage to industrial machinery not attributable to letshelter.

It is the customer's responsibility, upon delivery of the goods at street level, to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials (quality check). Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery (by accepting the goods with a careful reservation to be written in the courier's delivery note: e.g.: "box with holes on the side", "box open and without personalized tape", "damaged box", etc.)

Shipping costs will be added to the shopping cart total.

The shipping cost is € 5.90. For orders over € 89.00, shipping is free.

Returns and refunds

Within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the goods, you can return the goods in case of manufacturing/packaging defects. Letshelter srl will, at your choice, refund the value of the product including any ancillary costs (transport costs) within 5 working days or replace the item with an equivalent product.
The right of withdrawal is applicable only if the product is new, intact and complete (packaging included), in perfect condition, complete with all accessories also intact. In case of products that do not meet these characteristics, letshelter srl reserves the right to refuse the return or to apply a price reduction.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit statement. To this end, you can write to the following email address hello@letshelter.com, send a message via whatsapp to +39 345 690 5760 or send a letter to letshelter srl via beata giovanna, 63 36061 bassano del grappa (vi). The important thing is that everything is completed within and no later than the maximum foreseen limit.

Custom-made products and products from the Custom section, being unique products, are not subject to return policies.

Personal Data Protection

Letshelter srl undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information and personal data you communicate to us, unless this is necessary for the provision of the service. Your personal data will be used by the owner only for the processing of your order and to strengthen and personalize the communication and product offerings reserved for letshelter srl customers, particularly through newsletters or marketing activities, subject to a request for consent. Please note that for customers, a request for consent for marketing activities is not necessary. You can always exercise your rights in the manner indicated in the owner's privacy policy.

Intellectual Property

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the sites published by letshelter srl are protected by copyright and intellectual property, worldwide. For this reason, and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only private use is authorized unless there are different or more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code.
Any other use will be considered as an infringement and sanctioned under intellectual property law unless prior authorization from letshelter srl.

Disputes

This contract is subject to Italian law. For any complaints, you can contact our customer service. In case of failure to reach a consensual agreement, the dispute will be referred to the court of Vicenza.
